Hi Jeff,

This looks to be a duplicate of bug 634702 so I am marking it as such
for now.  The Ubuntu kernel dev assigned to that bug has narrowed down a
work around for the moment, ie pass in "intel_idle.max_cstate=0" at boot
which will disable the intel_idle driver and fall back to acpi_idle.
Please continue to use bug 634702 for any future correspondence
regarding this issue.  Thanks!
