Right now, in 10.04 Ubuntu everything works fine, but I do not know if it is still working to preserve some adjustment to my previous graphics card, or because the bug has been fixed. Before if I installed Ubuntu 10.04 with the 5870 graphics card, the system worked, but can not use desktop effects, and the fan was still very fast.

My Ubuntu 10.10beta was installed with the ATI 5870 graphics and effects
are not activated, and the graphics card fan also remains very fast.

Ahora mismo, en Ubuntu 10.04 todo funciona correctamente, pero yo no se si es porque aún sigue funcionando por conservar algún ajuste de mi anterior tarjeta gráfica, o porque ese bug haya sido solucionado. Antes si yo instalaba Ubuntu 10.04 con la tarjeta gráfica 5870, el sistema funcionaba, pero sin poder usar los efectos de escritorio, y el ventilador se mantenía muy acelerado.
