>From the logs it seems that the component that have the Id [1131:7160] is a SAA7160 from NXP (ex Philips).
http://pci-ids.ucw.cz/read/PC/1131/7160 : for the reference of the Id.
It is a PCI Express audio/video bridge. I hope this will help in the future development even if the bug is open since 2 years.
I put the datasheet attached.

This is my first steps trying to help the Ubuntu community, and I hope I
am aligned with the common way of working.
