Hi Jason,

Videos streamed off Youtube.
Music played off the primary (windows) partition on my HDD.  (linux is secondary).

In my testing to see if it was a pulseaudio problem, I disabled
pulseaudio and the stuttering had decreased dramatically.  However, it
tends to be finicky and I can't replicate the results at everyboot, or
every song, etc.
