[Bug 646780] Re: sierra modem connection deteriorates

Added a small script to iterate through ping tests and log the results
in a file '3g-test-lp646780.log'.

Please adjust ITERATIONS and COUNT and run after connecting to 3g.
Please repeat the test a number of times so we get a good look at the
length of time til the connection grinds to a halt.

After, attach 3g-test-lp646780.log, daemon.log, syslog and any output
from Network-Manager and Modem-Manager in debug mode.
