David, of course, and also checked by pressing 'e' in grub. Without
"i8042.reset=1" param susped absolutely doesnt work (switching off), and
with param, suspend working correctly, but only one time.

Maybe this is ATI propietary driver problem? By the way, after driver
installing, system doesn't boot when Swithable video mode in BIOS set,
only with Discrete.
