[Bug 652036] [NEW] MacBook4,1 resume broken in Meverick

since the update to 2.6.35-22-generic #33-Ubuntu SMP Sun Sep 19 20:34:50 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux on Meverick
my MacBook4,1 no longer resumes properly, before that suspend/resume worked all the time.
now it seams to suspend properly but on resume it will only show a cursor on the upper left and never return to X.
could not find anything related in syslog.
