We have respun the Saucy kernel in order to pick up the fix for lp #1244176:
  Server 13.10 Install Fails with USB Keyboard (Appears to Hang)

The Saucy version for the new kernel is 3.11.0-15.23

There will also me a new lts-saucy kernel.
