[ANNOUNCE] Current SRU cycle extended by 1 week

As a result of the recent kernel update for CVE-2016-5195 and the
subsequent respin of all -proposed kernels, it has become necessary to
extend the current SRU cycle by one week in order to complete testing
and verification. The kernels currently in -proposed will be released on
Nov 7 rather than Oct 31 as originally planned.

The updated schedule for the next SRU cycle is as follows:

cycle: 04-Oct through 26-Nov
