Re-spin of xenial and linux-aws kernels

Due to a possible boot issue[1] when running on certain hardware on AWS hosts
(or under Xen hypervisor) we will be re-spinning the following kernels:

xenial/linux (GA kernel)
xenial/linux-aws
trusty/linux-aws
