http://udu.wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDownUnder/BOFs/UbuntuDevelopment/LinuxKernel
has the goals and agenda for the Kernel BOF at Ubuntu-Down-Under. Since
there are plenty of people on this list that won't be able to attend, it
makes sense to start the discussion early, so that we can have the
maximum benefit in the discussion. Please review the page and reply to
this thread with any comments you may have. I'll gather those comments
and reflect them on the wiki page as we go along.

The first significant item:

Goal: Improve kernel packaging for Breezy, to improve maintainability,
ease of use, and facilitate cooperation with upstream and other
  distributions.

Anyone see anything specifically wrong with that, or things that they
think are not addressed in that goal but should be?

Given that goal, what other content should/should not be on that page?

What long term goals/direction should we have for the Ubuntu kernel tree?

Comments on the agenda? Anything missing?

Let the discussion begin.
