the attached patch
- updates mISDN to a recent snapshot
- enables the build of the mISDN modules
- doesn't build the avmfritz module

the oops is still reproducible with the snapshot, however it works without problems
with the hfcpci driver.

the change is local one, please consider it after the preview release.
