[PATCH] Fix paravirt vmalloc bug on Feisty

Lingering behind the lazy MMU bug was another, much more rare bug which 
was exposed in auto-installs.  When lazily syncing vmalloc regions, we 
hit a similar hang caused by an unflushed kernel PDE update.

I'm confident this is the last of this sort of problem.
