[RFC][PATCH] Allow custom build system to apply multiple patches

Hi,

In preparation for several UME-specific patches, I have converted the
build system to allow applying multiple .patch files from the
debian/binary-custom.d/<flavour>/patches directory.

Patch changes behavior of the build system as well as converts -rt and
-xen to use that. I have  tested to the point where the patches are
correctly applied.
