[PATCH 0/3] Support for Intel Poulsbo peripherals

Hi,

Adds support for the following:

Poulsbo SMBus Controller
Poulsbo IDE Controller
Poulsbo HD Audio Controller

Compile-tested only.

Jacob: Please note that I have reworked these patches to fix _lots_ of
whitespace cleanups and some coding style issues. I have also merged
patches so the SMBus and HD Audio functionality is not split up into
multiple patches. For future patches, please run all your patches
through scripts/checkpatch.pl else they might be rejected.
