Use modular config for AGP settings - otherwise fglrx will fail

With modular AGP like:

It is possible to init the fglrx module:

As this is definitely not needed to boot without initrd please use only modules and not static config for it. One example chipset with that problem (like used on Dell Vostro 1000 laptop):
