linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.24 patch for stk11xx (webcam driver)

Used current svn snapshot from:

svn co http://syntekdriver.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/syntekdriver/trunk/driver stk11xx

and enabled it for all arch. If it does not compile for some arch just remove it.
