Please include this kernel patch in Hardy

Greetings,

I had been trying unsuccessfully for months to use an M-Audio Ozone Academic
MIDI keyboard/audio interface with Ubuntu Studio before finding out that
there is a patch to support these devices:

I hope you can include it in Hardy.
