A start on Jaunty kernel

Uh, some things I forgot to mention. I did not check any of the drivers
in ubuntu/* for upstream duplication. I do think we can drop
ubuntu/e1000e for sure. I haven't compiled anything.

Perhaps this seems obvious, but I think you should collapse all of the
commits to debian/* into one patch, since I don't think all of that
history is very interesting.
