So you can install it with:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get source linux-image-2.6.26-1-rt

Or download tarball directly:
http://ppa.launchpad.net/abogani/ubuntu/pool/main/l/linux-rt/linux-rt_2.6.26-1.15.tar.gz

Preempt_rt patchset is stored in linux-rt-2.6.26/debian/patches as quilt series.
