What does it mean to write the SRU request? I looked at another bug,
and saw a section:
   SRU justification:

   Impact: blah, blah, blah, ...

   Fix:    blah, blah, blah, ...

   Testcase: blah, blah, blah, ...

Is that what you are talking about?
