SRU justification:

Impact: The gold MP3 player requires an unusual dev quirk to work. The fix was 
committed to Hardy but not marked SAUCE and not sent upstream. So it got 
dropped after Hardey.

Fix: The following quirk from Hardy (sent upstream now)
