Alright, this time from the usual suspect and with the patch updated to reflect 
the discussion with Amit.

Summary: the rtl8187se driver is not needed because versatile is only used in 
Qemu and the risk for side effects by enabling CONFIG_WIRELESS_EXT is higher.

So dropping the patch for removing the defines as it is not strictly necessary 
and adapted the configs to just disable the driver from versatile.
