Recommended Bug List from the QA Team

Hi Guys,

Here's the updated bug list for the week [1].  I've added 12 new bugs to
the list.  1 regression-update and 7 regression-potential bugs were
added.  Currently, the Carried Forward section is at 114 bugs (up 6),
the In Progress section is at 101 bugs (up 6), and the Fixed section is
at 142 bugs (up 8).  Of the 16 bugs added last time, the stats are as
follows:

1 Fix Committed
7 In Progress
8 Triaged
