Recommended Bug List from the QA Team

Hi All,

Here's the updated bug list for the week [1].  I've added 12 new bugs to
the list which includes 1 regression-update and 1 regression-release
bug.  The current regression stats are as follows:

13 regression-potential bugs (up 4)
15 regression-update bugs (up 1)
88 regression-release bugs (up 2)
1 regression-proposed bug (no change)

The Carried Forward section is currently at 158 bugs (up 6) and the In
Progress section is at 93 bugs (up 3).  Of the 11 bugs added last time,
the stats are as follows:

1 Invalid
1 In Progress
9 Triaged
