[lucid] linux kernel 2.6.32-8.12 uploaded (ABI bump)

We have just uploaded a new Lucid linux kernel.  This brings a major
AppArmor update, a bunch of ubuntu driver updates, some boot performance
work, hopefully fixes versatile for ARM, and enables KMS for ATI Radeon.
Note the ABI bump:
