Fixed Bug Metrics

Hi All,

Just thought I'd share some stats on the number of Fix Released kernel
bugs on a per release basis including Alpha's and Beta's.  I also tried
to showcase the bugs that were fixed with a known patch (ie. a git
commit referenced a "Bug: #" within the changelog so that the Launchpad
Janitor automatically marked the bug Fix Released).  I also generated
the corresponding individual lists of bugs with known patches for each
release.

Let me know if there are any other interesting stats you'd like to see
and I'll check if we can mine it using the launchpadlib api.
