Just if the hardware profile they have linked to their profile is the one related to this problem.
In the first pass of the feature at least, I don't think we want to get into a deep Q&A, unless there is something 
critical we are not seeing.
This means we will do some work to expose the hardware profile(s) the user has, on their profile page so they can 
disable old ones, give them significant names, etc.
