[PATCH 0/2] [Jaunty] test-suspend V3

We have had some feedback on the test-suspend script based on testing
of Alpha-3.  Following this email are two patches.  The first is an
infrastructure change to maintain the executable permissions on the
test-suspend scripts.  The second fixes up bugs in the test-suspend
script itself.
