[Jaunty] SRU: Fix for Dell Mini 10V microphone.

Yes.  This patch should be applied to both netbook and jaunty trunk.

The origin of this patch was back in the Hardy days,  I worked on this
with Realtek and Dell to enable the Mini 10V.  The resulting patch was
then submitted  by Realtek for inclusion into upstream ALSA.
