Wrong version of libc6 when installing mainline kernel

Looking at the later v2.6.27.x builds they have a dep of >= 2.4 so I am
sure just forceing this on will be fine.  I think this has occured
because the build was built in the wrong chroot originally.  We are
doing it correctly now as far as I can tell.

I will rebuild that one to prove that the chroot was the cause, and to
confirm the current automation is correct.

Should take a couple of hours.
