Recommended Bug List from the QA Team

Hi Guys,

Now that All Hands and UDS are finished, I've got an updated bug list
for you.  It's relatively short with only 9 new bugs due to the previous
events taking place.

Of the 14 bugs that were on the prior list, their stats are as follows:

1 Won't Fix
1 Fix Released
2 Fix Committed
4 In Progress
6 Triaged

Also since the last list I sent, regressions have dropped from 21 down
to 15 which is great to see.  The Carried Forward section grew from 89
to 92, the In Progress section moved from 77 to 73, and the Fixed
section went from 45 to 54.

As per the discussions at UDS, we'll be shifting the kernel bug policy
to focus on confirming and fixing bugs upstream.  Next weeks list will
hopefully contain some of these newly focused bugs.
