[PATCH 0/2] USB: usbfs: deprecate and hide option for !embedded

SRU Justification:

To fix lp311481, we got a proposed patch from Scott which was merged into 
next tree. This patch will disable the usbfs for modern Linux computer
system. After applying this patch, config files should be also updated as
second patch does.

Fix: Cherry-pick 0b39ff7d28651737658cb41e37c7ffcf7f573861 from next tree.
