Applied and pushed with a couple of minor changes:

UBUNTU: Add support for including firmware in udebs - Also create
debian/d-i/firmware with a README file.

UBUNTU: Ship bnx2 firmware in nic-modules udeb - add
debian/d-i/exclude-firmware.armel with nic-modules as the initial entry
