That should be RAM at addressed above 4GB address physical. Commonly
machines with more than 3GB of ram and the majority of those with more
than 3.5GB of ram have memory placed above this boundary and require PAE
to use it all. The e820 tells you, but perhaps using 3 or 3.5 as the
boundary is close enough.
