Review Request - hardy netbook-lpia rebase take II

I've rebased the hardy netbook-lpia branch, onto hardy Ubuntu-2.6.24-24.53

It is located here for review:

in the netbook-lpia-rebase branch

Please have a look. This rebasing required a lot of manual intervention.
Future rebasing should proceed smoothly using debian/scripts/misc/rebase-branch.

Here's what I fixed/changed:

* Fixed whitespace errors in the commits we are carrying for netbook-lpia
* Added Buglink: for every commit where I found a bug reference
* Added whitespace after Subject line where needed to clean up logs and changelog
* Collapsed the commit, revert, and recommit of a release (which broke our tagging logic)
* Collapsed another set of two release commits for the same reason
