Intrepid SRU - LP334285 - Enable Keyspan firmware as an in-kernel blob

OK, I screwed up and pushed a commit to Intrepid that I didn't really
intend to let escape into the wild. So, before this patch can be applied
Stefan is going to have to mess with HEAD and delete commit
950c62010fedabe9ecae22166253ce3f23180ed9.

Stefan - Note that if you run 'debian/rules updateconfigs' before (or
after) applying this patch, CONFIG_ARCH_HAS_DEFAULT_IDLE=y gets set (but
I guess thats a different bug).
