Building a package for upload to a PPA would be done 'dpkg-buildpackage
-S' command as shown in the 'Preparing an Upload' section of the
'KernelMaintenence' wiki page.  Note that the tree needs to be cleaned
before this will work; and that step was missing so I have added it:
