vmcore info missing from mainline kernels...

When trying to debug a non-trivial kernel issue, having kdump
functionality can make all the difference.

Alas, when reproducing the problem with mainline kernels (for sending
upstream), kdump is not available since the 'vmcoreinfo' file isn't
packaged.

Is there chance this can be fixed perhaps, as it is generated for the
Ubuntu kernels?
