early printk debug port config disabled...

Hi guys,

In the Ubuntu and mainline kernels, CONFIG_EARLY_PRINTK_DBGP is still
disabled, which can be really useful on systems without serial ports.

A request has been open for a couple of months - can someone take a
look and enable in the ubuntu and mainline configs if it is
reasonable?

We also need CONFIG_USB_SERIAL_DEBUG=y (see
Documentation/x86/earlyprintk.txt; at present, it's set to 'm').
