Lucid LBM pull request, add compat-wireless 2.6.35

This series of commits adds a second compat-wireless package. LBM now 
contains multiple, mutually exclusive compat-wireless packages from 
2.6.34 and 2.6.35. I've also updated to compat-wireless 2.6.34.1.

Note that lucid-meta requires changes since the compat-wireless package 
name has changed.
