Maverick Beta Approaching

Hi All,

This is a reminder that Maverick Beta (Thurs Sept 2) is fast
approaching.  This means the archive will freeze on Tues Aug 31 and
we'll be uploading our Beta kernel no later than this Fri Aug 27.  Any
kernel patches which you want to see included in the Maverick Beta
kernel need to be submitted to this mailing list and obtain the
necessary Ack's *before* this Fri Aug 27.

For anyone curious about dates for upcoming Maverick milestones, please
refer to the MaverickReleaseSchedule wiki [1].
