v2.6.35.9 appears to fix LP#660315

The commit below from v2.6.35.9 appears to be the fix for bug #660315
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/660315) so I would
think it is worth adding the bug link the commit on master-next.  I
would just add it and push it, but I am unsure if that is following
protocol:
