I've seen reports that the latest nVidia drivers (195.36.15) fix
suspend resume issues for some users. I assume this will be pulled
into Lucid since the release also fixes a bad bug where the gpu fan
could stop while the card is in use. Hopefully this will fix many of
the nVidia bugs you listed.
