[Lucid] SRU: Backport of latest thinkpad-acpi driver

As we were asked to make the HW mixer for Thinkpads availave to user-space
in Lucid. This requires unfortunately a major backport of the driver itself.
On the good side we were able to test the new driver on a range of ThinkPads
and have seen any regression yet. And all the changes are limited to this
single subsystem driver.

Note: When applying the config update, it probably needs a updateconfigs.
Not sure, but I did that a bit ago.
