[PATCH 0/4] [Maverick] Kernel Config Consistency

During the UDS Maverick kernel config review session [1], we identified
some configuration inconsistencies between archs. The following patches
bring these config options in sync. I have ran test builds across all
the affected archs to ensure these changes do not cause any build
failures.
