Yet another LVDS PLL patch to watch - for stable .33 drm

Here's a patch we need to keep an eye on.

There were changes to the way the pll dividers were calculated, which
fixed a bunch of LVDS panels. It turns out that the old method works
better for some panels. It's been submitted to stable so maybe we'll see
it soon in an update.
