[Precise] linux kernel 3.2.0-3.8 uploaded

We have uploaded a new Precise linux kernel.  The most notable changes
are as follows:

      * armhf -- add d-i configuration
      * armhf -- disable ABI checks for armhf
      * armhf -- add arch to getabis config
