[Precise] LP:901305 Added To Kernel Team Hot List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Kernel Team Hot List:
LP:901305[1] - "precise fails boot on ec2 hvm"

- This bug is preventing ec2 hvm Precise kernels from booting.
- Discussed on #ubuntu-kernel between smoser and smb.

If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug could be 
reviewed.
