[Natty][Pull-request] fix compiz/i965_dri crash

natty/master-next:  Please pull the following change cherry-picked from
drm-intel-fixes to fix this major i965 regression in 2.6.38-rc7 (breaks
unity completely):
        
        https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nux/+bug/728672
        compiz crashed with SIGSEGV in intel_miptree_image_copy()
